Father Thomas Mattingly, V.F., pastor of Saint Olaf, Williamsburg, has been appointed as dean of Deanery 5.

Father Zaverio Banasula, V.F., pastor of Good Shepherd, Lebanon; Saint Mary, Coeburn; and Saint Therese, Saint Paul, in Southwest Virginia, has been appointed dean of Deanery 14.
