Mary’s Choice RVA, a residential program for pregnant/parenting women in crisis, seeks applicants for the following positions.

  • Program & Operations Director: responsible for day-to-day programming, operations, and organization of the home. Primary point-of-contact in the absence of the Executive Director. Oversee all aspects of residential services, including faith development. Part-time: minimum 20 hours/week.
  • Childcare Specialist (2): seeking two candidates who can be flexible with childcare/nanny experience. One position is Spanish-bilingual; the other is English speaking.
  • Childcare Specialist Provider: responsible for daily order and operations of the children. Must be a caring, responsible, and reliable individual who has a genuine love for children.
