Sandra Corrigan
Sandra “Sandy” Corrigan, wife of the late Deacon Eugene Corrigan and mother of Deacon Christopher Corrigan, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 30. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, Dec. 13, at St. Ann, South Chesterfield.
Sandy was a loving mother to Dennis (Sandi) Corrigan, Belinda Bazemore, Tess Corrigan and Christopher (Angymarie) Corrigan; grandmother to Steven (Karen) Bazemore, Jessica Bazemore, Katie (Michael) Ingersol, Chelsea Corrigan, Sean Corrigan, Hunter Napier, Tanner Napier, Conner Napier, Chloe Napier and Ryan Claire Corrigan; and great-grandmother to Riley Bazemore, Logan Bazemore, Ella Grace Bazemore, Mia Ingersol and Gillian Ingersol.
She juggled many roles in her family, including chaperon, facilitator, coordinator, den mother, backstage helper, director, performer and taxi driver. She also worked in banking and construction lending. She was an inspiration to her family because of her kindness and strong faith, things she instilled in her big family.
